Carbon Reduction Plan

EuroForce is committed to playing a meaningful role in Europe’s transition to a low-carbon future. As a cloud and consulting organisation operating across Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland and Greece, we recognise our responsibility to measure, reduce and transparently report our emissions.

We have published our first formal Carbon Reduction Plan, setting out our baseline, targets and the practical steps we are taking to achieve net zero by 2040 in all operating countries.

Signed by EuroForce’s CEO and reviewed by our board of directors.

Our Commitment to Net Zero

EuroForce has set a target of achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 across all countries in which we operate: Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland and Greece.

As a consulting and software configuration company without physical product manufacturing, our footprint is concentrated in office energy use, business travel and digital infrastructure. We see this as an opportunity to lead by example in how knowledge-driven, cloud-based organisations can grow while reducing their carbon intensity over time.

Our Baseline Emissions (2025)

Scope:

01

2.8 tCO₂e

(company vehicle usage)

02

8.4 tCO₂e

(electricity for hot-desk office space across four locations)

03

42.6 tCO₂e

(business air and ground travel, cloud computing infrastructure)

Tot

 53.8 tCO₂e

(Total baseline emissions for 2025)

2025 is EuroForce’s baseline year for carbon measurement. This is our first comprehensive carbon footprint assessment and serves as the reference point against which we will measure future reductions.

Short note on methodology
Where precise data was not yet available, we used industry-standard emission factors and conservative estimates based on actual operating patterns. As we grow, we are committed to improving the accuracy and granularity of our data, including planned investments in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and other carbon accounting tools.

Today

2030

50% Reduction in emissions per capita

2040

80% Reduction in emissions per capita

Our Reduction Targets and Pathway to 2040

To progress towards net zero, EuroForce has adopted clear reduction targets. We project that our emissions will decrease to 32.3 tCO₂e by 2030, representing a 40% reduction versus our 2025 baseline. Because EuroForce is a growing organisation, absolute emissions may increase in the short term as our headcount expands. Our goal is to reduce emissions per capita (per employee) by 50% by 2030 and by 80% by 2040, while using verified carbon offset programmes to achieve net zero by 2040 across all operating countries.

How We Govern and Report Our Plan

Our Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and the associated UK government guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions are calculated and reported in line with the standards shown here, ensuring consistency with recognised frameworks.

As a consulting organisation early in its lifecycle, we recognise that this first assessment includes estimates based on operational patterns and industry-standard emission factors.

We will continue to improve both the accuracy of our data and the strength of our reduction performance over time.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors and formally signed by our CEO, Thomas Charuhus.

Our Promise to Clients, Partners and People

For EuroForce, carbon reduction is not just a compliance exercise. It is part of how we build trust, resilience and long-term value for our clients, partners and teams.

We will integrate climate considerations into how we design and deliver digital transformation and AI projects.

We will hold ourselves accountable for per-capita reductions and transparent reporting as we grow.

We will look for ways to use our expertise, particularly in Salesforce and AI, to help our customers accelerate their own sustainability journeys.

EuroForce is working toward a future in which our impact on the climate is steadily reduced and responsibly balanced using high-quality offsets so that we can achieve net zero ahead of our 2040 target.
