An experienced Salesforce Project Manager based in Europe is needed to focus on solutions delivery, customer engagement and managing the successful implementation of Euroforce projects.

Euroforce is searching for Salesforce technologies Project Managers in Europe to deliver results and maximize the impact of Euroforce solutions. Our Project Managers are individual contributors, focused on delivering museum-class first implementations for new-business accounts and growing the Euroforce footprint by ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging their Euroforce solutions across their organization.

 

The Role:

 

  • As a Project Manager, it will be your reasonability to gather the requirements from client executives to which then you will implement Euroforce solutions for some of largest businesses in Europe.

  • This involves making sure your team does the best job conceivable in mapping out customer processes, configuring salesforce and integrated systems, and working both with customer stakeholders and the internal team.

  • Responsible for tracking projects related to project implementation and customer success initiatives

  • Responsible for managing Salesforce implementations and managed service projects

  • Working with clients, running workshops and project meetings

  • Ensuring that projects are is delivered to agreed scope and timelines, with customer satisfaction on the quality of work.

  • All Projects have a Summary On A Page (SOAP) updated weekly (currently in PowerPoint) covering Deliverables, Risks, Issues, Actions and Plan.

  • Runs weekly project forums with customers, communicating status through SOAPs.

  • Reporting KPIs on a weekly or monthly basis

  • Producing reporting packs for review with the project management team

  • Planning and forecasting resource requirements based on future demands

  • Implementing methodology and best practice to continue to develop and scale the delivery of this solution

  • Developing and executing strategies for leveraging data and running projects with customers to help improve their processes and use data to help drive continuous improvement

  • Support next-phase projects up-sell and managed service sales proposals

 

Your Ideal Experience:

 

  • 3 years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience

  • Experience in working with customers to deliver product and service success

  • Experienced in the implementation of SAAS products including Salesforce

  • Experience in PowerPoint and Agile tools such as Atlassian, Trello, Monday

  • Knowledge of which flavour of Agile to use (Sprint, Kanban) and when to use it

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, running meetings/conference calls and smaller workshops
