We need an Experienced Salesforce Senior Developer based in Europe to build and configure Salesforce solutions to support the expansion of our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts, across Public and Private Sector.

Euroforce is searching for a very hands-on senior developer in Europe looking to build the latest generation in Salesforce applications, making full use of latest capabilities.

 

You will be responsible for translating technical requirements into well-architected and deployed solutions, consistent with Salesforce best practices. Well-versed and adept as a Senior Administrator role in Salesforce applications, including EinsteinGPT.

Our tailored solutions encompass the intuitive customer service management of Service Cloud, the advanced AI-driven insights of Einstein, and the rich visual analytics provided by Tableau.

As a Senior Developer, you will use your skills to build projects across different industries all while reporting to the Head of Development. You will also have the opportunity to architect and lead these projects as well as mentoring more junior Developers within the team.

The Role:

 

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will:

 

  • Build scalable Salesforce applications for enterprise-level clients using the relevant Salesforce development languages

  • Take a lead on projects and influence or drive architectural decision-making with a focus on business process automation, AI-generated content, performance optimisation, always having best practice engineering in mind

  • Mentoring the developers within the team to boost overall performance

  • Focusing on enhancements and performance optimisation of multiple enterprise-level projects by writing well-designed and efficient code and having a hands on approach where needed

  • Taking a lead role in shaping technical direction and technical discussion in order to allow for continuous improvement

Your Experience:

 

  • A long track-record of commercial experience building scalable web-based applications.

  • Previous experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

  • Proven to be a self-starter and highly productive working in remote teams that cross multiple time zones.

  • Examples of Mulesoft integration with other common Enterprise systems of record

  • A portfolio of insightful Tableau dashboard examples that you built in past engagements

  • Previous experience in taking a lead on steering technical direction and implementing architectural decisions

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce development languages and a gamut of other languages like JavaScript, React and Node.js, Python

  • Exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Salesforce Badges showcasing your current and thorough Trailhead training

  • Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mentality will allow you to take ownership of projects and ensure they are completed to a high standard

  • Experience using Git or an equivalent code repository- you will also need to provide a Github with example projects for review

  • Experience setting up server- and client-side test automation
