Salesforce Enterprise Solution Architect wanted to cover Europe.

 

An Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to support the expansion of our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts, across Public and Private Sector.

 

Responsible for translating customer demands or business objectives into actionable technical requirements and next steps. Working with Professional Services to coordinate the delivery and development of teams to define the features, functionality, and deployment requirements to meet client expectations.

 

Euroforce is a fast-growing company bringing digital innovation and expertly crafting systems that leverage the vast capabilities of Salesforce. Our tailored solutions encompass the intuitive customer service management of Service Cloud (among other Clouds), the advanced AI-driven insights of Einstein, and the rich visual analytics provided by Tableau. They also integrate cleanly with other systems of record leveraging Mulesoft.

 

Euroforce is searching for Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect in Europe to deliver results, drive adoption, and maximize the impact of Euroforce solutions. Our Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architects are individual contributors, focused on onboarding new business accounts and growing the Euroforce footprint through advocacy in the form of upsells within existing accounts and ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging their Euroforce solutions across their organization.

 

The Role:

 

As an Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:

 

  • Manage the company’s biggest and best clients across Europe

  • Work with clients on ensuring digital engagement and adoption on the Euroforce-delivered Salesforce platform

  • Deepen customer adoption by working by collaborating on deliverables such as demonstrations, training, FAQs, user guides and onboarding document

  • Work with the Account Management and Professional Services team on potential upsell use cases

  • Meet clients on site as much as possible and as requested by the client

  • Work directly with the head of Professional Services and Partnering as one of the most senior members of the team.

Your Experience:

  • You will have at least 2 years' experience either in a Solution Architect, PreSales or highly technical Account Management function in a Salesforce solutions company – this is a must!

  • You will have at least one years’ experience working with a startup company

  • You will have familiarity with how business services function within Enterprises

  • You will have worked with clients across EMEA previously

  • You will ideally have experience analysing data and presenting this back to clients

  • You will have experience of leading user adoption including demonstrations and training.

  • You will understand business metrics, goals and the pain points of prospective customers

  • You will be able to evidence how you can translate early customer platform requirements into real-world solutions

  • You will have experience managing follow-on business and running management review meetings

  • You have an above average retention rate and client satisfaction.

  • You have a good understanding of the SaaS industry

  • You have a good understanding of the Salesforce product suite and its evolution over time, including it’s various Clouds, Tableau, and Mulesoft.

  • You have a good understanding of the promise and pitfalls of GenAI

  • You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.

  • You have experience managing clients and developing relationships.

  • You have some strong client-facing experience and regularly meet clients.
