A capability and campaign shared throughout 2025 in Rome, Malaga, and Madrid, designed to help universities deliver faster answers, clearer service, and more consistent student experiences.

December 2025 — Throughout 2025, EuroForce introduced its Agents for Education capability and campaign, built on Agentforce to support universities across the full Student Journey. Presented during education-focused events in Rome, Malaga, and Madrid, the initiative helps institutions strengthen service consistency, reduce operational pressure on frontline teams, and improve engagement without forcing system replacement. The goal is to enable more personal student experiences at scale, with trust and clarity.

In higher education, the student journey begins long before enrollment and continues well beyond graduation. At every stage, institutions often struggle with fragmented channels, inconsistent information, slow response times, and disconnected data across admissions, student services, IT, and academic administration. These challenges become more visible during peak periods, when teams have limited time to respond and students expect immediate, accurate guidance.

EuroForce’s Agents for Education are designed to support the full student lifecycle with transparency and responsible human oversight. During discovery, an admissions agent can answer programme questions 24/7, help prospects compare programmes, clarify options, and find the right information, capture intent, and support appointment scheduling using policy-approved responses, while clearly indicating when a user is interacting with AI. During apply and admit, agents can reduce friction by identifying what is missing, sending guided checklists, and explaining next steps clearly, with decisions and outcomes remaining under institutional control. During enrollment and onboarding, student services agents help deflect repetitive queries, create and route cases, schedule appointments, and support international students in multiple languages. During studies, agents support advising and student services by triaging requests, recommending resources, and escalating sensitive or high-impact situations to human teams with full context. After graduation, agents help institutions maintain relationships across alumni engagement and advancement journeys, supporting consistent communication without compromising student privacy.

The capability leverages Education Cloud, Data Cloud, and a Student 360 approach, with Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft referenced at a high level to support unified journeys across channels and core systems. EuroForce prioritizes governance, privacy, and control, ensuring that access follows the same roles, permissions, and policies institutions already use. The approach supports transparency and human oversight, helping institutions align with GDPR and emerging EU AI requirements for education use cases.

Universities can improve responsiveness, reduce service cost pressure through deflection, and strengthen conversion by accelerating admissions follow-up. Institutions also gain better continuity across departments and a more consistent, personalized omnichannel experience for students. Over time, earlier support and clearer service journeys can help strengthen retention and long-term engagement, while staff gain more time for high-value human moments that build student trust.
